At More Green Retreats, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for our guests. To ensure the quality and smooth planning of your retreat, we have established the following Return/Refund Policy:

1. Non-Refundable Bookings:
   All bookings made with More Green Retreats are non-refundable within 90 days of the booked event date. This policy ensures that we can deliver the best possible experience for all attendees by securing the necessary arrangements and commitments in advance.

2. Deposits are non refundable.

3. Changes or Cancellations:

   • Changes to your booking may be requested up to 91 days before your event date, subject to availability and approval. Additional fees may apply for modifications.

   • Cancellations made 91 days or more before the booked event date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, minus a processing fee. Please contact us directly for details on your specific booking.

4. Force Majeure:
   In the unlikely event that More Green Retreats must cancel your event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule your retreat or provide a credit for future use.

5. No-Shows and Late Arrivals:
   Failure to attend your booked event without prior communication will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
